Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms form part of the agreement between you and Artoma regarding paid access to Artoma Pro features. They should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Purchases are processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google Play’s payment, subscription, and refund policies.

1. Artoma Pro Features

Depending on the offer shown in the App at the time of purchase, Artoma Pro may include features such as:

• expanded or unlimited artwork scanning;
• unlocked price and market listing details;
• additional collection / vault capacity;
• priority access to valuation or recognition updates; and
• other premium tools described in the paywall or product details.

Feature availability may vary by plan, region, device, and App version. We may improve, replace, or adjust premium features over time.

2. Plans, Pricing, and Offers

Artoma may offer weekly, monthly, yearly, introductory, promotional, or other subscription plans. The exact price, billing period, trial length, and included benefits are shown in the App and on Google Play before you confirm purchase.

Prices may differ by country, currency, taxes, and Google Play account settings. Taxes may be added where required.

Promotional or limited-time offers may have special eligibility rules, shorter windows, or different renewal prices after the promotional period ends. If an offer ends, the standard price shown by Google Play may apply at renewal unless you cancel.

3. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, it will be clearly disclosed before purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends (or earlier if required by Google Play or local law), your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Google Play payment method may be charged.

Free trial eligibility may be limited (for example, one trial per Google Play account). If you are not eligible, Google Play may charge the regular subscription price immediately.

4. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. By purchasing, you authorize Google Play to charge the then-current subscription price for each renewal period until you cancel.

Your Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, unless canceled earlier according to Google Play rules.

5. How to Manage or Cancel

You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play:

• Open Google Play Store on your device.
• Go to Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• Select Artoma / Artoma Pro.
• Choose Cancel subscription or manage options.

Important: Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Google Play to stop future charges.

If you cancel, you generally keep access until the end of the current paid period or trial period, unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise.

6. Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App or change devices while signed into the same Google Play account, you can use the in-app Restore option to restore an active subscription. Restoration depends on Google Play purchase records and network availability.

7. Refunds

Payments are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are generally handled under Google Play’s refund policies and applicable consumer law. Artoma does not store your full payment card details and may not be able to issue refunds directly outside the store process.

If you believe you were charged in error, first check Google Play subscription status and refund options. You may also contact us at support@artoma.app with your order ID and issue details, and we will try to help where reasonably possible.

8. Changes to Subscriptions

We may change subscription prices, plans, or benefits where permitted by law and platform rules. If a price change applies to an existing subscription, Google Play or the App may provide notice as required. Continued use after the change becomes effective may constitute acceptance where allowed.

We may also suspend or discontinue Artoma Pro features for maintenance, legal, security, or business reasons. If we permanently discontinue the paid Service, we will handle remaining access or remedies as required by applicable law and Google Play policies.

9. Free Tier and Usage Limits

The free version of Artoma may include limited scans, limited collection slots, locked market details, or other restrictions. Exceeding free limits may require upgrading to Artoma Pro. Limits may change as the product evolves.
